Under the support and leadership of the Department of Science and Technology of Heilongjiang Province, the HeilongjiangCDM is the first technical service organization to promote the sustainable development of Heilongjiang Province by engaging CDM project. And it is also the specific commitments units of the “China-Netherlands CDM capacity-building cooperation project”.

The overall target of the project includes:

1.    Helping to build provincial CDM technical service center in Heilongjiang, Jiangxi, Chongqing, Guangdong and Fujian.

2.    Raising public awareness on CDM.

3.    Training local teams of CDM experts.

4.    Developing the CDM demonstration projects which can be replicated and promoted.

HeilongjiangCDM is one professional institute of CDM project development and technical service, and its main work includes:

1.    Providing the plan of CDM project for the government and enterprises.

2.    Providing financing business of energy efficiency improving, environmental improvement, the use of new and renewable energy.

3.    Propagandizing the information related with CDM.

4.    Organizing the training about CDM.

5.    Developing CDM projects and completing Project Document Design (PDD).

6.    Assisting the declaration and registration of the projects.
